Returns / Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged due to no fault of the customer.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items. To qualify:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required before an exchange is approved.
Exchange Process
- Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue within the 3-day window.
- Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
